We named the brand after the number because it says what we believe.

What we're building
Most wellness brands launch with twelve products and one idea. We are doing it the other way round.
8849 is a platform for daily rituals. Each one carries a single ingredient with real standing in Ayurveda, purified slowly, and packed in a format you will still be using in month three.

Ayurveda has never had a quality problem in India. It has a compliance problem, the small human kind. The powder clumps. You forget the tablet. The jar gets used twice and then lives in a drawer.

So we design backwards from the morning. You measure nothing and wash nothing, and it fits in the bag you already carry.

Sat Kartar Life Limited builds 8849. We are an Ayurvedic healthcare company, founded in 2012 and listed on the National Stock Exchange.
We have spent fourteen years inside the tradition, reading the classical texts and building long relationships with the collectors and growers who make an honest formulation possible.
We did not arrive at Ayurveda when it started trending. We were already here.
