7. Payments and Billing

Payment Method

Payment terms are based on your selected payment method and the agreements between you and your payment provider.

If payment is not successfully received through our payment processor, you agree to pay all outstanding amounts immediately upon demand.

Recurring Billing

Certain Services, including subscription or auto-replenishment products, may include an initial one-time payment followed by recurring charges according to the schedule selected by you.

By enrolling in a recurring payment plan, you acknowledge and authorize these recurring charges until you cancel your subscription.

All recurring payments are considered fully earned upon payment.

We may submit recurring charges (for example, monthly) without obtaining additional authorization from you until you notify us that you wish to cancel your authorization or change your payment method.

Any cancellation request will apply only to future recurring charges and will not affect payments already processed before the request could reasonably be acted upon.

Current Billing Information

You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing information for your account at all times.

You are responsible for promptly updating:

  • Billing address.

  • Credit or debit card information.

  • Card expiration date.

  • Any cancelled or replaced payment method.

  • Any potential unauthorized use of your payment credentials.

If you fail to maintain accurate billing information, we may continue charging your selected payment method until your paid Services have been properly cancelled.

Change in Authorized Amount

If the amount charged differs from the amount previously authorized (other than changes resulting from taxes), we will provide advance notice of the new amount before the transaction is processed.

Your payment provider's terms and conditions will govern the use of your payment method.

We may combine multiple charges into a single transaction where permitted.

Auto-Renewal of Subscription Services

Unless you disable auto-renewal through your Account Settings, subscription services will automatically renew for successive periods equal to the original subscription term at the then-current pricing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current subscription period.

Subscription fees are fully earned once payment has been processed.

8. Reaffirmation of Authorization

Your continued use of any Paid Service, including Subscription Services, confirms that you authorize Sat Kartar Life Limited to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.

We may submit those charges for payment, and you remain responsible for all charges incurred.

Charges may be billed in advance, in arrears, based on usage, or as otherwise specified at the time you purchase the Paid Service.

9. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

Any free trial or promotional offer providing access to a Paid Service must be used within the specified promotional period.

To avoid being charged, you must cancel the Paid Service before the trial or promotional period ends.

If you cancel before the trial expires but are mistakenly charged, please contact us at info@satkartar.co.in.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice.

Such termination may result in the deletion or forfeiture of any information associated with your account.

If you wish to terminate your Account, you may do so by following the instructions available on the Site or within the Services.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any fees paid under these Terms are non-refundable.

The following provisions shall survive termination of these Terms of Service, including but not limited to:

  • Ownership provisions.

  • Warranty disclaimers.

  • Indemnification obligations.

  • Limitations of liability.

  • Any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

We do not have any special relationship with or fiduciary duty to you.

You acknowledge that we have no obligation regarding:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Sat Kartar Life Limited, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, AND CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • Loss of profits.

  • Loss of revenue.

  • Loss of data.

  • Business interruption.

  • Cost of procuring substitute goods or services.

  • Special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.

  • Damages caused by bugs, viruses, malware, Trojan horses, or similar harmful components.

In all circumstances, Sat Kartar Life Limited's total liability arising from any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of:

  • The total fees paid by you for the applicable Services during the immediately preceding three (3) months; or

  • USD $500.00.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Force Majeure

Sat Kartar Life Limited shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters.

  • Pandemics or public health emergencies.

  • Labor disputes or strikes.

  • Transportation disruptions.

  • Customs delays.

  • Government actions or regulations.

  • Supply chain interruptions.

  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

Assignment

These Terms of Service are personal to you and may not be assigned, transferred, or sublicensed by you without our prior written consent.

Sat Kartar Life Limited may assign, transfer, or delegate any of its rights and obligations under these Terms without obtaining your consent.

Additional Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sat Kartar Life Limited's total liability arising from any claim relating to the purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the customer for the applicable product.

Agency

Nothing contained in these Terms shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or other legal association between you and Sat Kartar Life Limited.

Neither party shall have the authority to bind or obligate the other in any manner unless expressly agreed in writing.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

A waiver of any obligation or breach shall be effective only if made in writing by an authorized representative of Sat Kartar Life Limited.

A waiver in one instance shall not be deemed a continuing waiver of any other provision or future breach.
